This role operates within our outpatient office setting while embracing a fully remote work model, offering our counselors the flexibility to engage with clients in a manner that aligns with their lifestyles. • Facilitate Group Therapy: Conduct engaging sessions for teens and young adults, where clients can share experiences, support each other, and foster community.
• Provide Individual Counseling: Deliver tailored and empathetic counseling services, helping clients explore their thoughts and feelings while developing effective coping strategies.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Work closely with clients to create personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique challenges and aspirations.
• Monitor Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
• Team Collaboration: Engage with a multidisciplinary team to share insights, coordinate care, and provide the most comprehensive support to our clients.

Our primary focus is on young adults aged 18 to 30, particularly those grappling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. By empowering this demographic, we help them navigate their circumstances, encouraging recovery and personal growth.

• Master’s Degree: Candidates must possess a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Licensure: A valid License to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee is required.
• Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients, families, and team members is essential.
• Commitment to Continuous Learning: A passion for ongoing professional development and staying informed about the latest evidence-based practices.

• Experience working with young adult populations, specifically in outpatient settings.
• Proven ability to conduct group and individual therapy.
• Familiarity with assessment tools and treatment planning methodologies.
• Background in holistic treatment approaches.
