As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient center, your primary role will involve providing therapeutic services to young adults aged 18 to 30 enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can share experiences and insights, fostering a sense of community and connection.
• Individual Counseling: Deliver one-on-one therapy, helping clients navigate their emotions and develop effective coping strategies tailored to their needs.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their goals, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.
• Progress Monitoring: Assess client progress regularly using established metrics and feedback methods, adapting strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, consulting on complex cases and coordinating care to maximize the effectiveness of treatment.

Your main focus will be on serving youth aged 18 to 30 who are facing various mental health challenges. This population often includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life transitions. Your role as an LPC is crucial in instilling hope and guiding clients through their healing journeys while promoting resilience and self-empowerment.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• Proficient understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and fostering trust.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be advantageous to your application:

• Prior experience working with young adults in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
