Our counselor dashboard is equipped with live session capabilities (both video and text), making it uncomplicated for you to manage your appointments and communications while you focus entirely on your clients' needs.

As a remote Mental Health Counselor, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions through video chat, creating a supportive space for clients to explore their feelings and experiences.
• Encouraging open dialogue about emotional health and personal challenges to promote understanding and healing.
• Assisting clients in setting realistic therapeutic goals and developing actionable plans to achieve them.
• Monitoring client progress throughout the treatment journey and making necessary adjustments to care plans to enhance outcomes.
• Educating clients on healthy coping mechanisms to navigate their emotional landscapes.
• Identifying and intervening in behaviors that might hinder recovery, utilizing evidence-based methods.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults seeking support for various challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Each client is pre-screened to ensure that they are a good fit for telehealth counseling, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality care without concerns about clientele suitability.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LPC license, allowing for independent practice without supervision. Note: Limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
• Proficiency with digital platforms and technology, ensuring effective management of virtual counseling sessions.

While applicants should possess the required qualifications, prior experience in teletherapy or online counseling is preferred. Familiarity with digital health platforms, electronic health record management, and methods for engaging clients in a virtual environment can be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year based on experience and hours worked. Some additional benefits include:
