Mission 1:27 has built strong pathways for children and middle school students to grow, belong, and lead. The 3:17 Program serves as the bridge into adulthood, helping high school students discover their God-given purpose and develop the faith, character, and skills needed to thrive.

As students approach graduation, they face important decisions about work, college, trade school, military service, finances, and their future. Through discipleship, mentoring, leadership development, and real-world work experiences, this role provides the guidance, accountability, and encouragement students need during one of the most formative seasons of their lives.

Through individualized coaching, family engagement, and internship coordination, the Director of 3:17 Student Success helps students turn potential into purpose - equipping them to become Christ-centered leaders who are prepared to make an impact in their communities, workplaces, and beyond.

The Impact You’ll Make

As the 3:17 Director of Student Success, you will help transform a good internship program into a life-changing leadership and career development pipeline.

• Help students connect their faith to everyday life and future vocational calling.
• Equip students to become Christ-centered leaders who influence their schools, workplaces, churches, and communities.
• Build meaningful relationships with high school students during one of the most formative seasons of their lives.
• Help students identify goals, discover strengths, and develop plans for their future.
• Coordinate internship experiences that provide real-world job skills and workplace readiness.
• Support students academically, professionally, and personally through individualized coaching and accountability.
• Connect students with opportunities for leadership, service, career exploration, and personal growth.
• Partner with families to create a strong support system around each student.
• Equip students to graduate with greater confidence, responsibility, direction, and preparedness for adulthood.
• Strengthen the long-term impact of Mission 1:27 by developing future leaders who will influence their communities for years to come.

What You Bring
