Professional Construction Inc is a medium sized construction company out of Waukesha/Milwaukee looking for a specific worker.
This position will be filled by someone looking to start a career path with a great company and grow at a measured pace. This would begin with some travel (typically 4 days a week at 40+ hours) while you work along side a small but effective crew of leaders and apprentices. We will be placing the new hire(s) on a probationary period to see if they have what it takes to successfully move forward into the program. The 1st year apprenticeship program begins in fall and includes 4 weeks of paid schooling during the winter months. You will earn while you learn as you work towards "Journeyman" status. Pay raises are automatic.
This is for a full employment position. General Construction experience is a plus as we do Commercial, Residential Remodeling and New Home Construction as well. Please send a resume or description of your experience to this ad. Compensation varies based on experience level.
