This would begin with some travel (typically 4 days a week at 40+ hours) while you work along side a small but effective crew of leaders and apprentices. We will be placing the new hire(s) on a probationary period to see if they have what it takes to successfully move forward into the program. The 1st year apprenticeship program begins in fall and includes 4 weeks of paid schooling during the winter months. You will earn while you learn as you work towards "Journeyman" status.
