Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite from Day 1)

Full Time with Tech Mahindra

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement software applications using Java 11.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Mandatory Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Java 11 and its core libraries.
  • Experience with object oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Proficient in using development tools such as Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
