Job Description

This is a dynamic position that requires a highly self-motivated individual serving as a Technical expert and participates in or oversees a variety of projects that support clients Business or Technical initiatives. Providing project based support that leads to the development and deployment of modifications to existing servers or new services/technologies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

Gather Infrastructure requirements for the scope of a project from Architecture and Development Design Lead. 

Provides Infrastructure support for all appropriate project activities. 

Reviews completeness of Infrastructure plan for all infrastructure activities for integration into the overall project plan. 

Provide high-level estimates and final estimates for the scope of work. This includes Hardware/Software and Labor estimates. 

Submit work requests to and support those requests by providing clarity where needed. 

Work with multiple MSP's to identify key tasks and drive delivery. 

Perform escalations as needed. 

Monitors financials and takes action as necessary. 

Produces documentation as required in support of the project. 

Assist with problem resolution. 

Ensures planning and readiness for post-production support. 

Interfaces with internal departments to ensure the project is meeting CNA guidelines (security, compliance, etc.). Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: 





Qualifications

Experienced Project Manager. 


Solid communication skills both written and verbal. 


Familiar with Excel and/or Microsoft Project. 


Experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment. Education & Experience: 


5 to 10 years Project Management experience with Infrastructure related projects.
