Seaga is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead their current and future technology needs. This role is responsible for overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, and technical support while ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology services across the organization.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals and long-term growth initiatives.
โ€ข Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on technology investments, opportunities, and risks.
โ€ข Lead, mentor, and manage IT staff, vendors, and external technology partners.
โ€ข Oversee daily IT operations, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, telecommunications, and end-user support.
โ€ข Ensure system availability, performance, security, and scalability.
โ€ข Manage hardware and software procurement, maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle planning.
โ€ข Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls.
โ€ข Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, threats, and security incidents.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and security standards.
โ€ข Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
โ€ข Plan and deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
