Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure to lead and modernize our cloud-first IT environment across the Americas. Reporting to the Director of Technology, this role oversees Cloud, Systems Administration, Networking, and Help Desk while driving a companywide Zero Trust and infrastructure modernization strategy.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who has grown from a systems/infrastructure background and remains comfortable working directly in the tools. Our environment is approximately 90% macOS, supports a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center, and is undergoing significant modernization across identity, endpoints, networking, cloud, and security.

  • Job Type: Direct hire, full-time
  • Location: Culver City, CA (On-site)
  • Compensation: This job expects to pay about $140,000 - $150,000 per year plus benefits

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop a distributed IT infrastructure and support team.
  • Drive cloud, infrastructure, security, and Zero Trust modernization initiatives.
  • Lead IAM strategy, including SSO, MFA, and automated user lifecycle provisioning.
  • Oversee JAMF, macOS/Windows endpoint management, SentinelOne, patching, encryption, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Modernize enterprise networking, including firewalls, switching, wireless, and SD-WAN.
  • Implement centralized logging and SIEM capabilities in partnership with Security Operations.
  • Establish and mature ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and configuration management.
  • Own disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and high-availability strategies.
  • Oversee cloud and SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Box, AWS, and Azure.
  • Partner with leadership and vendors on technology strategy, projects, budgets, and purchasing.
  • Build strong documentation, policies, procedures, and runbooks while supporting SOC 2/ISO 27001 objectives.

What Gets You the Job: 

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of people leadership.
  • Significant hands-on experience managing a Mac/macOS-heavy environment, including JAMF.
  • Strong experience with modern IAM/IdP platforms such as Okta, Ping, or JumpCloud.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, endpoint security, networking, and Zero Trust.
  • Experience supporting 24/7/high-availability environments.
  • Strong ITIL, security operations, disaster recovery, and infrastructure modernization experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Preferred: Cisco Meraki, SIEM, AWS/Azure, Okta or JAMF certifications, Auvik, automation platforms, AI governance, and SOC 2/ISO 27001 experience.
