Job Summary:
Suncap Technology is seeking an IT - Program Manager to lead a team in executing business strategies and project deliverables. The role involves overseeing project completion, ensuring adherence to policies, and managing departmental operations, particularly focusing on the rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Responsibilities:
• Direct a team(s) of business consultants, stakeholders and sponsor involved in the execution and development of business strategy, requirements and project deliverables or may direct a broad range of functions in support of policy/process improvement activities in a heavy matrix environment.
• Define and consult on measurement strategies, tools, scorecards and surveys across organization.
• Provide services benchmarking and industry comparative analysis support.
• Provide measurement and cost savings support (development, reporting, validation and improvement) for service management.
• Ensure projects are completed within committed time and budget. Oversees daily operation of department. Manages staff in the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures and programs.
• Adheres to both company policy and governmental regulations concerning department. Assists in managing departmental structure, employee development, training and planning.
• The program this resource would be assigned to is tasked with rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot on an accelerated timeline.
