Seasonal Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Travel Position

Location: Wichita, KS

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a seasonal travel position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of current CST hospital experience and NBSTA certification. You will be part of a dynamic surgical team in a busy operating room environment that offers a variety of surgical specialties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures
  • Provide surgical assistance during procedures, focusing on efficiency and patient safety
  • Manage surgical instruments and equipment, including robotics technology
  • Participate in maintaining sterile fields and adherence to protocols and guidelines

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

  • Minimum 6 months of current CST hospital experience
  • BLS certification
  • NBSTA Certification required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DaVinci Robotics (SI, XI) and Mako systems
  • Trauma and vascular training
  • Experience in a high-volume surgical environment across various specialties
