Technology Transactions Counsel

At Dell Technologies, our Legal team plays a critical role in driving business success-partnering directly with leaders to structure and close some of the most strategic deals in the industry.

What you'll achieve

In this role you will lead negotiations for complex agreements with Dell's largest global customers. This is a highly visible role where your judgment, negotiation skills, and business acumen will directly shape major business outcomes. You will work on mission-critical deals with top global enterprise customers, operate as a strategic business partner, not just a legal reviewer and you will gain exposure to cutting-edge technology and global transactions.

Essential Requirements

  • J.D. and active bar membership
  • 6+ years of experience in technology transactions, commercial contracts, or in-house legal roles
  • Proven track record negotiating complex, high-value agreements, ideally in a global environment
  • Strong knowledge of IT, software, and services agreements
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and deal execution
  • Confidence working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is $178,500 - 231,000.
