Job Overview

We are seeking a driven Sales Associate to join our team here at Auto Finance Center of Greer. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, professional, tech savvy, and responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service online and in person. Here at AFC, we pride ourselves with upholding positive attitudes, willingness to learn, and believe in asking for help.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Utilize our training sales system to achieve company sales objectives

- Manage and grow a relationship online with potential customer through effective account management techniques

- Engage in daily sales techniques to drive revenue growth

- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and secure car sales

- Assist Spanish-speaking customers to enhance customer experience

- Strong communication skills is a MUST

- Utilize software tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM)

- Implement our BDC system to bring in customers

- Engage in social media to promote sales

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Experience

- Proven experience in sales or a related field

- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and account management practices

- Fluent in Spanish and English is a MUST

- Familiarity with business development processes
