Job Overview

We are seeking a driven Sales Associate to join our team here at Auto Finance Center of Greer. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, professional, tech savvy, and responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service online and in person. Qualifications and Requirements

- Utilize our training sales system to achieve company sales objectives

- Manage and grow a relationship online with potential customer through effective account management techniques

- Engage in daily sales techniques to drive revenue growth

- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and secure car sales

- Assist Spanish-speaking customers to enhance customer experience

- Strong communication skills is a MUST

- Utilize software tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM)

- Implement our BDC system to bring in customers

- Engage in social media to promote sales

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Experience

- Proven experience in sales or a related field

- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and account management practices

- Fluent in Spanish and English is a MUST

- Familiarity with business development processes

- Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and CRM systems

- Prior exposure to technology sales is a plus

- Ability to analyze sales data effectively

- Understanding that YOU have the ability to control your income
