In addition to making sales, they often provide product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and assist with installation or support. Technology Sales Associates often work closely with technical teams, such as solutions engineers or product specialists, to ensure clients receive accurate and tailored information about products or services. This collaboration includes setting up product demonstrations, discussing client requirements, and addressing technical questions or concerns that arise during negotiations. By bridging the gap between customer needs and technical capabilities, sales associates help deliver solutions that are both effective and feasible, ultimately improving client satisfaction and supporting successful sales outcomes.
