Job Summary

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst supports the organization’s risk management framework by identifying, analyzing, and quantifying risks that may impact strategic and operational objectives. This role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, enabling informed, risk-aware decision-making across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Analyst (Level 1)

  • Support risk identification exercises by gathering and documenting stakeholder inputs
  • Maintain and update the enterprise risk register ensuring data accuracy
  • Perform qualitative risk assessments using established frameworks
  • Collect and organize data for risk scoring and heat map development
  • Validate risk data integrity
  • Prepare draft reports and assist with management dashboards
  • Format and proofread risk documentation and presentations
  • Participate in workshops, capturing notes and action items
  • Track mitigation plans and follow up with risk owners
  • Manage monitoring schedules and review timelines
