Kinetic Design + Development is looking for a Senior Architectural Project Manager (we call them Sr. Project Managers internally)to join the Krew.

NOTE: This position is available as a hybrid, remote or in office position depending on candidate location


In this role, you will lead high-volume corporate architectural projects from concept through completion while serving as the primary client liaison. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, balance design excellence with budgets and schedules, and ensure every project delivers quality, innovation, and impact. This role matters because you are the connector between vision and execution, clients and teams, creativity and accountability.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and manage high-volume corporate architectural projects from concept through completion
  • Serve as the primary client liaison and trusted advisor
  • Collaborate closely with the Principal or Studio Leader to drive project success
  • Mentor, coach, and guide Design Coordinators, Project Assistants, and production staff
  • Oversee design concepts, plans, and proposals to ensure alignment with client goals and Kinetic standards
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams including interiors and development services
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Perform quality control reviews and provide detailed redlines prior to committee review
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices
  • Solve project challenges independently with minimal supervision
  • Participate in creative ideation and oversee production of drawings and specifications
  • Handle administrative responsibilities including timesheets and resource planning
  • Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices through continued education

What Youll Bring

  • Professional degree from a NAAB-accredited university
  • Active architectural license
  • 8 to 10 plus years of professional experience
