Overview:
Job Title: Project Manager (Agile)
Location: Onsite - St. Louis
Type: Contract
Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile project setup and delivery using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
  • Manage backlog creation, sprint planning, execution, and tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Establish reporting dashboards using Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
  • Partner with the internal Project Manager to provide coaching and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with DCMA project objectives and company timelines.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation, ensuring issues are addressed proactively.
  • Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, including business and technical teams.
Required Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Strong background in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills / Certifications
