  • Establish and manage IT IMO governance model and operating cadence. 

  • Drive strategic planning, M&A Playbook updates, and readiness assessments. 

  • Oversee integration budget, cost synergy tracking, and tool administration. 

  • Facilitate stakeholder communications, retrospectives, and scorecard reporting. 

  • Manage the IT Integration Master Workplan and cross-workstream dependencies. 
     
    Required Skills and Experience 

  • 10+ years in IT program management or business systems analysis. 

  • Experience with enterprise integration, governance, and strategic planning. 

  • Proficiency in collaboration tools (Asana, Smartsheets, Confluence, GDrive).
