We are looking for individuals to join our Manufacturing Engineering Program in Muscatine, IA! New hires will start in January 2027 or June 2027.   
  

Our HNI Development Program is a one-year rotational program designed to develop emerging early career business professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our organization in various marketing functions. We provide a specialized onboarding plan, foundational knowledge about our business, direct exposure to leadership, and opportunities to develop cohort relationships through cross-functional team projects. The program is designed to jump start your career to

What You Have:  

  • Prospective candidates are required to hold a Four-year degree in Engineering or Industrial
  • Technology prior to their start date.   
  • Minimum 2.8 GPA  
  • High academic achievement in their education pursuits 
  • Engineering internship/work experience is highly preferred
