Job description

Seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide cloud transformation, workflow automation, and digital platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar SaaS-based enterprise programs, driving governance, delivery, and stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and global delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery for enterprise transformation and automation projects.
  • Develop program charters, roadmaps, milestones, and performance KPIs aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee multiple project managers, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Drive Agile / Hybrid methodologies, ensuring sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
  • Maintain executive-level communication and reporting, including program dashboards, risk logs, and financial summaries.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and product owners to define requirements and integration strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder governance, steering committees, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Implement best practices in PMO governance, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate across onshore/offshore delivery teams in multi-time-zone environments.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise IT, SaaS, or digital transformation programs.
  • Proven experience managing ServiceNow, Salesforce, or cloud platform implementations.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, HRSD, CSM, PPM/SPM, or enterprise service management workflows.
  • Expertise in budget management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • Experience managing global delivery teams and multi-vendor environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • Tools: Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, Excel, Power BI.
  • Certifications preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, ITIL, or ServiceNow CIS.
