This role spearheads a significant shift in software development, moving towards agent-driven methodologies to dramatically enhance engineering productivity. You will be instrumental in orchestrating this transformation, bridging high-level AI concepts with the necessary technical infrastructure. The position requires a systems-thinking approach to manage complex, cross-functional programs and ensure our platforms are optimized for agentic workflows while maintaining critical system integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the organization's agentic maturity through strategic technical leadership.
  • Collaborate with architects to expose services for autonomous agent navigation.
  • Oversee the rollout of the agent-driven development dashboard for leadership visibility.
  • Facilitate efficiency gains through systematic adoption of agentic workflows.
