Job Description We are seeking an IT Project Manager III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program financials, change management, and cross-functional delivery across multiple projects and workstreams, and a proven ability to coordinate technology delivery routines, manage dependencies and risks, and synthesize data into actionable executive updates. Responsibilities: Focus on program financials and funding tracking across initiatives. Support technology leadership with program-wide routines and comprehensive updates spanning three projects and 10+ workstreams. Coordinate and facilitate delivery routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates. Plan and coordinate delivery, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams in a matrixed environment. Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables. Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support timely completion of deliverables. Gather and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership on delivery progress, risks, issues, and schedules. Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working with sponsors and stakeholders. Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership. Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards and governance. Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrated experience managing complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem solving, analytical, and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable reports and executive presentations. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills. Self-motivation, self-direction, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines. Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience. Preferred Skills: Knowledge or experience with large-scale ERP systems.
