Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Test Technician to perform testing and quality inspections on components and finished products. This role is essential to ensure products meet quality standards, identify defects, and support continuous improvement within the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform product testing and quality inspections on components and finished goods
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot testing equipment and tools
  • Record, analyze, and document test data and results accurately
  • Identify defects, failures, and areas for improvement
  • Follow standard testing procedures and work instructions
  • Conduct final functional testing prior to shipment
  • Prepare products for shipment as needed
  • Maintain accurate testing documentation and reports
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher in a related field preferred (Electronics, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or similar)
  • Experience in product testing, quality control, manufacturing, or technology-related environments
  • Familiarity with electronic components, systems, or testing processes is a plus

Skills & Qualifications
