Job description

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle EBS and other core enterprise systems.
This is a hands-on managerial role.
The IT Manager will work closely with the supply chain and finance departments and must have experience working with these departments.
There is another IT Manager who manages hardware problems for the company and this person will be the backup person for the department but the focus is centered around business systems associated with Supply Chain and Finance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience is sufficient, but 10+ years is preferred.
Must have experience with Oracle and prefer version 12, which is an older version.
Skills:
Must have experience with SOX compliance
Strongly prefer someone from a public company
Must have manufacturing experience - any industry
Must have experience working with supply chain and finance departments
Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
Industry Experience: Food industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Lead Oracle system upgrades, patching, integrations, and regression testing
Translate business needs into system configurations, enhancements, or customizations
Ensure SOX compliance through effective role management, segregation of duties, and audit readiness.
Oversee a team of five business analysts, providing mentorship and guidance
Act as a liaison with finance, supply chain, and operations to improve process alignment and data visibility.
Troubleshoot ERP issues and ensure rapid resolution of technical problems
Enhance reporting and financial tools, including Hyperion and other platforms
Collaborate with vendors for system support, performance management, licensing, and new tools.
Contribute to strategic planning and system modernization initiatives
