Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Manage and document incidents and service requests using IT service management tools.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, equipment deployments, and refresh activities.
• Assist with audio/video conferencing and meeting room technology support.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, equipment tracking, and spare parts management.
• Coordinate vendor repairs, maintenance activities, and hardware replacements.
• Support operational technology needs, including printer maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
• Follow IT security, compliance, and change management procedures.
Qualifications:
Required:
