The Senior Manager, Information Technology will lead a dynamic team of IT professionals of various disciplines to support the company's technological infrastructure and strategic IT initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that support business objectives. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT systems and ensures they align with business goals. The Senior Manager of IT will work closely with senior leadership to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and ensure the security and reliability of IT operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Agile Execution: Facilitate scrum practices focusing on technical delivery, ensuring that products are built on robust, scalable models.
Broader Oversight: Manage a large team or multiple small teams, providing guidance and support to ensure operational success.
Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to define IT strategy and roadmaps, aligning technological initiatives with business priorities.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience.
Preferred Certification(s): Any relevant IT Certification.
Experience: 7+ years of relevant and practical experience, preferably in IT management or a related role, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Preferred:

. Demonstrated experience driving governance and compliance programs, including audit, risk, and SDLC control frameworks.

. Demonstrated success implementing portfolio analytics, value management, benefits realization, or investment governance programs.

. Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives involving automation, artificial intelligence, data-driven decision making, and operating model redesign.

. Experience communicating with executive leadership and presenting portfolio performance, investment recommendations, and strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
