  • Report to the Head of Information Technology.
  • Own the strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing operations of enterprise IT infrastructure and security.
  • Oversee the Microsoft 365 environment, including IAM, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Purview.
  • Ensure secure endpoint configuration and management with MSP and Security Operations Center partners, covering corporate devices and the BYOD program.
  • Architect and scale infrastructure and cloud computing environments to support company growth.
  • Lead data governance efforts, including DLP, sensitivity labels, and AI security policies.
  • Advance the Information Security program in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with MSPs to manage web hosting, DNS, Cloudflare, and GitHub infrastructure.
  • Architect and support the cloud-based DevOps environment.
  • Ensure secure home‑office technology infrastructure.
  • Lead implementation and optimization of cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
  • Ensure infrastructure solutions comply with corporate policies, standards, and relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including regulated life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments
  • Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, digital workplace technologies, business systems, and cybersecurity controls
  • Experience managing MSPs, vendors, and third‑party technology partners
  • Working knowledge of SOX, GxP, FDA‑regulated environments, and NIST CSF compliance and control frameworks
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure, cloud architecture, and modern IT infrastructure
  • Familiarity with AI‑enabled workplace tools, governance considerations, and business‑process applications
  • Exceptional problem‑solving skills and willingness to engage in hands‑on technical support
