Job Title: Product Change Implementation Consultant - Enterprise Pricing Platform Transformation
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Contract Type: W2 Only, 12-month term with possible extensions or Full time conversion
Project Overview:
Be part of a large-scale transformation program modernizing the Deal Pricing platform and driving adoption across Sales and Product teams. The platform is vendor-managed (hosted by Zaffin) and integrated with Wells Fargo systems.
This role is a blend of strategic change implementation, UAT support, vendor coordination, and sales onboarding. You will help activate product functionality, guide migration from legacy tools, and ensure seamless adoption of the new Pricing tool. The work combines problem solving, effective communication, and change leadership in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Implementation / Strategic Support
  • Participate in moderately complex change initiatives and deliverables within the Change Implementation function.
  • Review and analyze challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Support the rollout and onboarding of Sales users to the new Pricing tool.
  • Collaborate with internal personnel and external vendor (Zaffin) to deliver a scalable, high-quality solution.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, communication plans, and training materials.
  • Guide migration strategies from legacy tools to new platform functionality.
  • Contribute to strategic planning related to Change Implementation deliverables.

UAT / Testing Support
  • Perform end-user testing for incremental platform releases delivered biweekly by the vendor.
  • Validate new functionality, ensure data quality, and collect feedback from small groups of sales testers.
  • Track defects, triage severity, and report issues to vendor and technology teams.
  • Contribute to testing documentation, known issue tracking, and release readiness activities.

Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination
  • Partner with the vendor-managed team (~36 offshore in India, 7-8 in Toronto) and internal WF Technology support (3-4 part-time team members).
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure smooth adoption of platform capabilities.
  • Participate in agile routines and project rituals; no deep JIRA story writing required.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Change Implementation or equivalent demonstrated experience via work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
  • Strong UAT or systems testing background, preferably in enterprise-level implementations or banking tools.
  • Comfortable learning new platforms quickly (experience with Zaffin a plus).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
  • Agile methodology familiarity preferred.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
