Full Job Description:
• Candidate will be working hand in hand with the IT Director.
• Responsible for providing first-level support for all end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and voice/data communication systems issues.
• Escalate calls when appropriate.
• Follow up on IT requests in a timely manner and follow through to resolution.
• Computer proficiency with hardware and software technologies is required.
• Good time management skills - ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license & maintain a valid driver's license throughout employment.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Respond to Customer service requests.
• You will be working with multiple clients on multiple and diverse issues simultaneously.
• Administer computer accounts and passwords.
• Analyze situations and data requirements.
• Provide remote tech support for hardware (printers, desktop, laptop, drivers, monitors, and Mobile Devices) and software (internally developed apps, productivity, computer OS systems, internet apps, and various systems).
• Assist IT Director in Day-to-day tasks.
• Coordinate communication with vendors to aid in incident reporting.
• Assist with testing of new or upgraded PC software and hardware releases as requested.
