About IC Enable
For over 20 years, IC Enable has delivered design IP, IC products, engineering services, and platform solutions to customers ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies. We specialize in high-reliability mixed-signal and digital markets, and our platform solutions support IDMs, foundries, and IP providers.
We are expanding our capabilities across Semiconductor, Medical, and Defense markets-advancing technology development, full-custom ASIC/SoC design, and complex electronics programs. Our culture is built on integrity, innovation, and technical excellence.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on Analog Design Manager to lead and grow our Analog/Mixed-Signal design capabilities while supporting business development, proposal strategy, and program execution. This role is ideal for a technical leader who can bridge deep analog design expertise, customer engagement, and cross-functional program delivery.
You will help shape technical strategy, support capture efforts, and guide successful execution of custom ASIC and SoC programs. You will also serve as a trusted partner to customers, suppliers, IP vendors, foundries, and internal teams throughout the full IC lifecycle.
We hire and build around three core values: Hungry, Humble, and Smart.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development support, proposal planning, solution definition, and execution for high-performance analog and mixed-signal IC programs.
  • Serve as a primary customer and vendor-facing technical leader, aligning expectations and guiding programs to successful outcomes.
  • Develop cost estimates, statements of work, schedules, staffing plans, and customer proposals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and follow-on engagements.
  • Coordinate technical and commercial interactions with suppliers, foundries, EDA vendors, and IP providers.
  • Collaborate with Program Management and engineering teams to build accurate schedules and execution strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering execution, proposal quality, and delivery predictability.
  • Establish best practices for analog/mixed-signal design methodologies and silicon development processes.
  • Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring engineering talent.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, design, verification, layout, and production support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of Analog and/or Mixed-Signal IC design experience, including business development exposure.
  • Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Persons, green card holders, asylees, refugees).
  • Proven experience leading IC development programs from requirements through production.
  • Demonstrated success in customer-facing technical leadership roles.
  • Experience managing suppliers, foundries, IP vendors, and external partners.
  • Deep understanding of mixed-signal silicon development methodologies and tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with multiple process technologies preferred.
  • Ability to lead both local and remote teams effectively.
Preferred Experience
Experience developing solutions for:
  • Medical electronics amp; neurostimulation
  • Ultrasound systems
  • ROICs
  • Wireless transceivers
  • Energy harvesting systems
  • Sensor interfaces
  • Defense amp; high-reliability applications
Why IC Enable?

This role offers the opportunity to influence company growth, customer relationships, proposal strategy, program execution, and technical direction-while remaining deeply involved in cutting-edge semiconductor design.
