This role will translate business priorities and employee needs into learning solutions that strengthen employee skills, people leader capabilities, and organizational effectiveness. The role combines program ownership with hands-on execution, including designing learning experiences, coordinating stakeholders and resources, delivering training, facilitating sessions, and using data and feedback to continuously improve program impact.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the lifecycle of L&D programs, from discovery and needs analysis through design, development, pilot, launch, administration, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with key contributors to identify skill gaps and learning needs and to drive initiatives that aid in career development.
  • Design and develop curricula, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, blended learning experiences, and other resources. This includes partnering with our learning experience designers to develop e-learnings that support program objectives.
  • Develop and manage Management Development Program, professional development initiatives and other enterprise learning initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate program delivery, including schedules, cohorts, communications, enrollment, technology, vendors, materials, and participant support.
  • Manage Imprivata's tuition reimbursement program and related processes and communications.
  • Assist with creating and executing L&D strategies that help the organization's growth, culture, and overall priorities.
  • Establish evaluation and reporting approaches to measure participation, learner experience, knowledge or skill gains, application, and business impact.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements based on feedback and business requirements.
  • Research learning trends and new technologies to ensure L&D programs are innovative and impactful.
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), HRBPs, and external vendors to define, requirements, develop and deliver relevant training content.
  • Use program data, stakeholder input, and learner feedback to uncover opportunities and drive continuous program enhancements.
  • Identify resource needs and ensure that necessary materials, technologies, and support are in place for successful program delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in learning and development, talent development, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in managing L&D projects and programs from concept through implementation and ongoing optimization.
  • Solid knowledge of adult learning practices, instructional design, and various training methods (e-learning, in-person, blended learning).
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences for varied audiences.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), virtual learning platforms, and other training or content-development technologies.
  • Effective project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
