Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager - EVSE

Pay Range: $78,000 - $120,000 (Annual)

Location: Remote

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) or the solar industry. As a rapidly expanding product line, EVSE presents a strategic growth area for MSI, a trusted total solution provider. With substantial investment in engineering to meet global market demand, the BDM will play a pivotal role in driving success by establishing and managing regional sales channels across both B2C and B2B markets.

What you will DO:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the EVSE product line and services.
  • Client Relationship Management: develop relationships with key decision-makers, understand and respond to customer demand, and track key accounts' activities to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct product hardware and software solution demonstrations and present the Solution Portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the HQ team to ensure RFP proposals are accepted and delivered with high customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer voice to optimize our design from the technology and market demand standpoints.

What you will NEED:

  • Experience in Technical Sales or Business Development for at least 5 years.
  • New organization or new product/solution development experience.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of EVSE policy and new energy trends in the North Americas market.
