C2M Development Manager

We are expanding our IT Leadership Team and seeking a C2M Development Manager. This role leads solution design, development delivery, and technical direction for Oracle Utilities projects, ensuring solutions align with business goals and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design and implementation of application development solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into effective Oracle Utilities (C2M/CC&B) solutions.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to deliver high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with business partners to address C2M needs and develop design plans.
  • Troubleshoot complex customer issues and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC and application development standards.
  • Manage support communications, SLAs, and issue triage.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field + 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years with Oracle Utilities (CC&B or C2M).
  • Hands-on development experience with Java, Groovy, and Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
  • Strong knowledge of C2M configurations, workflows, and extensions.
  • Experience with Oracle DB 19C and Oracle Utilities products.
  • Understanding of Agile and modern cloud architecture practices.
  • Background in the utility industry and vendor coordination.
