Role Description The Graphic Production Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the graphic production team, ensuring artwork projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This role manages the day-to-day flow of artwork production, including workload distribution, artwork review, quality and specification compliance, and communication across departments and with customers. The Graphic Production Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for customer artwork needs and issues, working directly with customers to clarify requirements, resolve concerns, and obtain the information or artwork needed to move projects through production. This role works closely with Account Management and Production Management to coordinate artwork requirements, address production-related questions, and support a smooth transition of projects from artwork approval into production. The Graphic Production Coordinator is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and ensures the graphic production team consistently meets Natural State Label’s quality and service standards.
