General Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Technology Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Technology Coordinator is a key member of the Marketing Technology Operations Team, supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing success of the firm's marketing technology platforms. This role serves as a subject matter expert in Litera Foundation, QorusDocs, and InterAction, partnering closely with the Business Development & Marketing team to support firmwide initiatives.

The Coordinator leads efforts to capture, maintain, and improve client and matter experience data in collaboration with Practice Development professionals. Working across marketing teams, this role analyzes platform data, produces actionable reports, and helps establish best practices to maximize the value of the firm's marketing data and technology investments.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

  • Leverage firm technology such as Litera Foundation (experience management), InterAction (contact relationship management), and QorusDocs (proposal generation) to document and track marketing activity.
  • Participate in project teams to recommend, develop and implement enhancements to the marketing technology stack and related systems.
  • Assist with testing of new releases and enhancements to drive adoption of the system. Serves as point of contact with technical resources to ensure daily functioning of certain systems.
  • Day-to-day administration of the Firm's experience management platform, including the management of data quality. Collaborate with Practice Development teams to ensure matter experience is captured and accurately categorized in the system.
  • Develop, support, and maintain content to assist Practice Development teams, including RFP and pitch templates, graphical slides and other collateral, league table and Chambers templates, and other Foundation output assets.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and translate their needs into actionable solutions that leverage technology and strengthen the firm's data strategy.
  • Support power users by researching, analyzing, and preparing reports on client, matter, relationships, and firm experience and expertise to support the firm's business development and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish standard metrics reporting and analyze trends to measure effectiveness of various marketing and business development activities.
  • Expected to maintain a regular and predictable work schedule and full attention to and engagement in work activities on behalf of the firm during business hours unless otherwise approved or required by applicable law.
  • Special projects and duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of and familiarity with legal clients and markets. Prior law firm or professional services firm experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in legal technology such as experience or expertise systems, workflow systems, project management, and practice management tools. Experience documenting and communicating processes and workflows.
  • Exceptional proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite, or Microsoft 365 especially PowerPoint and Word styles and Microsoft VisualBasic for Office. Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
  • Ability to develop effective and collaborative relationships with various teams, lawyers, firm administrative departments, and vendors.
  • Champion for change management, process improvement, user adoption, and the constant evolution of complex data strategies and needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex assignments with competing deadlines and priorities under minimal direct supervision. Experience managing projects from inception through planning, execution, and delivery phases.

Required Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.

This position may be filled in District of Columbia. The base salary range for this position is $80,000/yr - $120,000/yr. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, Holland & Knight provides bonus opportunities and an exceptional benefits package.
