Job Description Field Services IT Associate Location: Detroit, MI (Onsite) Duration: 12 Month Contract Overview: Support of field service operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to surveys, data collection and reporting Ability to follow test scripts and successfully perform basic troubleshooting for login and print operations. Ability to deploy and verify basic computer functionality Key Skills and Qualities: Entry level IT End User Device Technical Field Services knowledge Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel focused) Experience with Epic TDR Readiness Activities (preferred but not required) Ability to learn quickly and provide feedback to team leaders Strong Communication and interpersonal skills. Previous Clinical Technical and workflow knowledge (preferred but not required) Ability to work well with team members and be self-directed in a dynamic clinical environment.
