The Opportunity
  • Create a comfortable, inclusive, and uplifting end-to-end experience for all Knix customers.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is considered an asset, but above all else, you're great with people and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • You love being part of a team and are a great collaborator.
  • Ability to stay flexible, take initiative, and handle multiple customer interactions with care and attention.
  • Experience in a sales-driven environment, working with KPIs and sales targets is considered an asset.
Eligibility Requirements
  • Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25lbs.
  • Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time and as needed for an entire shift.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, and weekend shifts.
Compensation
  • $17.90 CAD per hour
