Position Summary
This entry-level is responsible for providing technical support and maintaining technology solutions that support the operational and security needs of Auxiliary Services. Personnel in this position diagnose and resolve issues related to end-user devices, software, network-connected systems, servers, virtualization platforms, and associated infrastructure. This position also supports IT and physical security technologies, including access control and video surveillance systems, and serves as a technical resource for projects, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support security camera, access control, and other IT and physical security systems as assigned.
