PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate III to support advanced warehouse and distribution operations. This role goes beyond standard material handling and includes operating specialized equipment, performing warehouse clerk functions, mentoring team members, and helping drive operational excellence throughout the facility.

What You'll Do Advanced Material Handling & Warehouse Operations
  • Operate warehouse equipment including:

    • Reach Trucks

    • Cherry Pickers

    • Dock Stockers

  • Support picking, packing, shipping, and inventory activities

  • Move, organize, and store products safely and efficiently

  • Assist with order fulfillment and outbound shipments

Warehouse Clerk Functions
  • Prepare operational reports and documentation

  • Maintain warehouse records and inventory information

  • Coordinate with other departments to support daily operations

  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related software

 Quality & Inventory Control
  • Inspect products for damages, discrepancies, and quality issues

  • Ensure inventory accuracy throughout warehouse operations

  • Report and resolve inventory-related concerns promptly

  • Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

 Equipment Operation & Safety
  • Perform pre- and post-use equipment inspections

  • Conduct basic equipment checks including battery and safety inspections

  • Report maintenance concerns and equipment issues

  • Follow all safety procedures and operating requirements

 Leadership & Team Support
  • Serve as a mentor to Warehouse Associate I and II team members

  • Provide guidance on:

    • Equipment operation

    • Safety procedures

    • Product handling

    • Warehouse processes

  • Lead by example in safety, attendance, and quality standards

 Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency

  • Help resolve day-to-day operational challenges

  • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse or distribution center experience

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Pick, pack, and ship operations

    • Inventory handling

    • Warehouse processes

  • Experience operating:

    • Dock Stockers

    • Reach Trucks

    • Cherry Pickers

  • Certification to operate warehouse equipment

  • Basic computer and data entry skills

  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with:

    • RF scanners

    • Electric pallet jacks

    • Inventory management systems

  • Previous warehouse clerk or inventory control experience

  • Experience training or mentoring team members

  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices
