Your day will involve installing fiber-glass batt insulation, blown-in cellulose, or blown-in fiber-glass insulation. You will also support air sealing initiatives, install weather stripping, and perform other home efficiency upgrades under the HES program. Each assignment will require problem-solving and sound judgment, whether you are working independently or alongside a team. The role entails carrying materials, ascending ladders, and working in confined areas such as attics and crawl spaces, occasionally in challenging temperature conditions.
