Job description

The IT Support Technician will work closely with IT Administrator and is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the technology infrastructure of the organization. The technology infrastructure includes the network, intranet, workstations, printers, copiers, scanners, wireless devices, and laptops with their associated mobile accessories. The position performs initial setup and ongoing maintenance on all end user equipment; analyzing and resolving user’s technical problems in a timely and accurate manner while providing end user assisting and training where required. The IT Support Technician will travel to other CK office locations to service and install equipment as needed.  Also, the IT Support Technician will perform additional maintenance and upkeep duties at the office locations to ensure the safety and needs of all staff are met.

  1. Proven experience as an IT support technician or other customer support role.
  2. Tech savvy with working knowledge of Windows desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems, and application troubleshooting/diagnostic tasks.
  3. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  4. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  5. Proficiency in English
  6. Excellent communication skills
  7. Customer-oriented and cool-tempered, good character with the highest ethical standards, friendly, professional attitude that is consistent with providing excellent customer service.
  8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a desire to grow in technical knowledge and understanding.
