Position: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Renton, WA
Type: Full-time | On-site
Summary:
Leads Quality Management System, audits, supplier quality, and continuous improvement to ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO9001, FAA CFR, and related standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Quality team (Inspection & Quality Engineering)
  • Manage QMS, audits, risk, and compliance programs
  • Drive RCCA and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop quality plans using statistical methods
  • Oversee supplier quality and vendor performance
  • Review engineering specs, work instructions, and test procedures
  • Analyze metrics to improve processes
  • Support compliance (ITAR, CMMC, SOC, APQP, AS9145, ISO14001, ISO45001)
  • Coordinate QMS training

Required Skills:
  • Interpret engineering drawings/specifications
  • Strong communication & technical writing
  • MS Office, ERP/QMS systems (Aptean, Epicor, UniPoint, HQMS)
  • Lean, Six Sigma, SPC knowledge
  • CMM and measurement tools experience
