Gogo is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role you will play a vital role in optimizing our business processes by providing administrative and technical support for our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is a critical liaison between our technical teams and end-users, ensuring that our Salesforce platform is leveraged to its full potential to meet company goals.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and a proactive mindset.

How will you make a difference?
  • Act as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve day-to-day technical and useability issues
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, document, scope, and implement improvements that align Salesforce with company goals
  • Manage and develop reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools
  • Partner with architects and developers to test and validate new functionality before deployment, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Assist in the training of new users and help grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Help develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and best-practice documentation
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, roles, profiles, permission sets, and system maintenance
  • Perform routine internal system audits and help prepare for system upgrades
  • Create and customize objects, fields, formula fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and approval processes to improve user experience and productivity
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator is strongly preferred

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and execute scalable solutions
  • Experience with data management, including data imports/exports, data quality, and data migration
