Job description

Tharros is seeking a Technical Writer for an upcoming program specializing in technical and analytical services that bolster USCYBERCOM's ability to counter cyber threats and carry out full spectrum cyber operations.

The Junior Technical Writer supports mission and operational documentation efforts by assisting in the development, organization, and maintenance of technical reports, manuals, briefings, and operational documentation within classified environments. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience and rapid skill development in technical writing, document control, research methodologies, formatting standards, and style guide compliance. In this role, you will work closely with senior technical writers, analysts, engineers, and operational personnel to gather information, draft documentation, and support production of mission-critical written materials supporting cyber operations and enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • 1+ years of experience with technical writing principles, document formatting, and editing practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and document accuracy
