We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Test Manager to lead testing governance quality assurance and delivery excellence across strategic insurance programs The ideal candidate will bring deep Commercial Insurance domain expertise strong leadership capabilities and broad experience across all testing disciplines to drive quality outcomes in Agile environments

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead endtoend test planning governance and execution across multiple workstreams and applications.
  • Establish and oversee testing processes standards metrics and quality controls.
  • Manage and coordinate testing activities including functional automation performance security and integration testing.
  • Drive adoption of shiftleft testing practices and quality engineering principles.
  • Oversee test data management and test environment management strategies.
  • Collaborate with business technology and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Track and report quality metrics KPIs risks and testing progress through dashboards and executive presentations.
  • Leverage AIdriven tools and solutions to improve testing productivity efficiency and coverage.
  • Support AgileSAFe delivery teams by ensuring quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $122420 to $147413

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
