If you’re relationship-driven, adaptable, and motivated by results, this is an opportunity to make a real difference every day.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Partner with dealerships, schools, and regional teams to support technician recruiting and development initiatives

  • Build relationships with vocational schools, community organizations, and industry partners to identify future technician talent

  • Guide dealerships on technician recruiting strategies, workforce planning, and retention best practices

  • Support technician trainees through mentorship, career planning, and training progress reviews

  • Coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, and community outreach programs

  • Track program activity, technician progress, and key performance metrics through CRM systems

What You Need

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

  • Ability to present information effectively to both individuals and groups

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with vocational, technical, or educational programs

  • Automotive dealership, fixed operations, or aftermarket industry experience

  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing talent
