We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to support our UK customer base, with a strong focus on cloud-hosted environments and infrastructure. This role will play a critical part in troubleshooting complex application and hosting-related issues, particularly following system upgrades, database refreshes, and performance incidents.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for cloud-hosted applications (Azure environment)
  • Troubleshoot issues related to:
    • Database refreshes and upgrades
    • Application errors in test and production environments
    • Batch processing and performance degradation
  • Collaborate with Hosting and Infrastructure teams to resolve escalations
