  • Experience working with diesel engines, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, industrial equipment, heavy-duty trucks, marine equipment, or similar machinery.

  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment issues.

  • Familiarity with diagnostic equipment such as volt/ohm meters, CAN bus interfaces, OBD diagnostic tools, or similar equipment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers and dealers.

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

  • Associates degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience using CRM systems, technical publications, service manuals, and diagnostic software is preferred.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Why Join YANMAR?
  • Join a globally recognized leader in diesel engines and off-road equipment.

  • Work alongside experienced technical professionals in a collaborative environment.

  • Gain exposure to Industrial Engine, Construction, Agriculture, and UTV product lines.

  • Ongoing technical training and professional development opportunities.

  • Competitive benefits package and paid time off.

  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on dealer success and customer satisfaction.

  • Approximately 10% travel for dealer support, customer visits, training, and industry events.
