What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and care.
• Retrieve parts using pick tickets, bar code scanners, and proper lifting techniques.
• Verify part numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
• Repackage and kit parts as needed for specific customer requirements.
• Unload and stage incoming shipments; count and inspect incoming parts for accuracy.
• Store parts in designated locations using lift trucks or manual handling.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Use computer and RF scanning systems to track parts and process orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, reporting any deficiencies.
• Support other warehouse team members and perform additional tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or parts picking (preferred).
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to operate a forklift, order selector, or stand-up reach truck (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must wear required PPE (safety toe shoes/boots and safety glasses).
• Regular, reliable attendance is essential.
